The blessed month of ramadan has arrived where Muslims worldwide will be waking up at early hours of the day to prepare themselves for the long fast ahead. This year it falls on the longest day of the year. At least a 17-18 hour fast with no food or water. As a mother feeding her infant, I am exempt from fasting. Having said that, it doesn’t mean I can’t make the most of this month in order to get closer to Allah or gain higher spirituality. I have the productive Muslim team to thank for that. As I’ve grown, I found that my understanding for this act of worship has grown deeper and that’s the reason this is the most excited I’ve been for the arrival of this month.  I’ve done my research, I’ve got my plans, I’ve even got charts to track and boost my productivity as compared to previous years.

Inshallah let’s pray that Allah guides us and keeps us steadfast in our faith.  Ameen. Ramadan mubarak.
