My compound ladies have invited a Zumba instructor three days a week. I’ve been preoccupied at those times and hadn’t managed to go check it out yet. I finally went today and wow! It was my first intense workout (this was never intense enough for me back in the day hence I’ve never done it EVER!) and I was loving moving myself that way! I couldn’t keep up at some points but pushed myself and I’m glad I did. I think it helped my mental health more then my physical health. Let’s see if I can keep this up. Can’t wait for the sore body aches tomorrow!
